Database schema, system architecture, API contracts, and delivery milestones are documented and agreed before any code is written. You know exactly what is being built and when each piece will be ready.
Wireframes followed by high-fidelity Figma mockups for every screen — desktop and mobile. We do not start engineering until the designs are reviewed and approved by you.
Iterative development with a live staging environment updated throughout. For ERP projects we run two-week sprints with module demos. For websites you see the build progress in real time.
Manual testing across real devices, automated unit and integration tests for backend APIs, Core Web Vitals measurement for web projects, and user acceptance testing with your team before any production release.
Production deployment with DNS configuration, environment setup, SSL, and monitoring. For ERP projects, data migration from existing systems is handled in this phase. You receive full deployment documentation.
Every project includes a post-launch support period — 30 days for websites, 60 days for ERP systems. We are available for bug fixes, minor adjustments, and guidance as your team gets familiar with the new system.
